Chris has been hands down one of the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with. He helped me sell my house when my previous listing agent was not able to get the job done. He had an uphill battle in a market where homes were not selling fast. He addressed my needs, while providing exceptional marketing skills and knowledge. I met Chris through a aquaintance when I was trying to buy a house. Out of all of the agents I met he seemed to be the hardest working and also the most sincere person i had talked to. When I decided to sell my house I had Chris lisit it for me because I knew he had a great work ethic. In a tougher market than normal Chris sold my house in a very timely matter. He did this by holding open houses and broker previews. While the house was in escrow he kept me informed as to what was happening which of course took alot of stress off of me. My husband and I purchased a townhouse in Irvine with Chris earlier this year. There are not enough kind words that I can think of to describe my gratitue and everlasting loyalty to Chris as our realtor. I had always had horrible opinions about realtors being dishonest, sneaky and people out to cheat us of our money, but Chris proved me wrong in every aspect. He's the most responsive realtor. Chirs was very helpful throughout the entire process. I knew very little about home buying but Chris was able to help explain things to me. My situation was unique because, being a veteran, I wanted to take advantage of my VA benefits.
